Cables are designated for fixed connection to electric devices at nominal AC voltage up to 660 V and 100 Hz at ambient temperature from -50 C up to +50 C and relative humidity up to 98% at temperature at temperature to 35 C.

KVVGz , AKVVGz cables are used indoors, in channels, tunnels, underground cable lines, for connection to devices requiring input sealing.

 

Construction

Conductors
Copper or aluminum round single-wire conductors (class 1 in accordance with GOST 22483-77).

Insulation
Insulation is made from polyvinylchloride (PVC) compound.

Separation layer
Separation layer is made from polyvinylchloride (PVC) compound for KVVGE, AKVVGE, KVBbSHV, AKVBbSHV cables.

Screen
Screen is made from copper tape or aluminum foil for KVVGE, AKVVGE cables.

Oversheath
Oversheath is made from polyvinylchloride (PVC) compound.

Covering «BbSHv» (in accordance with GOST 7006-72):
- armour is made from 2 galvanized steel tapes;
- polyvinylchloride (PVC) compound for cables is applied over wrapping.

Insulation resistance calculated for 1 km at temperature 20 C:

  • 10 MOhm – for cables with conductors cross-section 1.0-1.5 mm;
  • 9 MOhm – for cables with conductors cross-section 2.5-4.0 mm;
  • 6 MOhm – for cables with conductors cross-section 6.0-10.0 mm.

Electric resistance of conductors to DC complies with GOST 22483.

Cables endure AC 2.5 kV 50 Hz test.

Cables are flame retardant with a single laying.

Cables are bending – resistant during installation.

Manufactured cable length for cables: min. 150 m.

Protractedly permissible temperature for the conductors heating: 70 C.

Tensile stress at cables at laying and installation must not exceed 4 kgf/mm for copper conductors, and not exceed 2 kgf/mm - for aluminum conductors.

Permissible bending radius of unarmoured cables at installation at ambient temperature min. 0 C must equal to min.:

  • 3 diameters of the cable for cables with outer diameters up to 10 mm included;
  • 4 diameters of the cable for cables with outer diameters over 10 and up to 25 mm included.

Cables can also be laid outdoors, KVVG, AKVVG cables can be laid in trenches while protecting cables in the ground surface exit points.

Guarantee period: 3 years from the commissioning date.

The manufacturer can ensure compliance of cable quality with requirements of current technical specification, provided all terms of transportation, storage, installation and use have been observed.

Service life: generally min. 15 years; and min. 25 years at indoor cable installation, laying in tunnels and channels.

All products are certified.
